Michael Jahn

At Eurex, Michael Jahn heads the Non-Bank Repo division and is thus responsible for all aspects of trading, clearing, and settlement. His work focuses on opening up the repo market—traditionally dominated by banks—to non-banks: Together with clients, regulatory authorities, and financial market infrastructure providers, he is further developing access models to central clearing and breaking down barriers to entry.

Michael Jahn has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of repo, securities lending, collateral management, clearing, and securities trading at leading German and international financial institutions. He earned his degree in banking and finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
