Stephan Albers

Stephan Albers, MBA, CVA, is an internationally experienced finance executive with proven expertise in corporate finance, capital markets transactions, and treasury transformation. He has more than two decades of leadership experience in international companies and, as Global Head of Treasury at the HRS Group, is currently responsible for establishing global treasury structures and developing scalable and digitized financing and liquidity solutions.

Previously, he headed treasury and capital markets divisions at well-known companies such as ABOUT YOU HOLDING SE, ZALANDO SE, NORDZUCKER AG, Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), and HAPAG-LLOYD AG. In these roles, he was responsible, among other things, for large-scale financing transactions, international bond issuances, rating processes, working capital optimization, and the development and management of complex treasury and investment structures.

His profile combines strategic capital markets expertise with operational implementation skills, experience in digital transformation, and close collaboration with accounting, controlling, and top management. As a trusted sparring partner at the C-level, he develops sustainable financing strategies, strengthens liquidity and risk structures, and drives the transformation of modern finance functions.
