Since 1949, Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH has been responsible for publishing legally required notices and laws of the Federal Republic of Germany through its publications, the *Bundesanzeiger* and the *Bundesgesetzblatt*. Each year, more than 1 million annual financial statements are published in the electronically available Bundesanzeiger. In addition to publishing financial statement data, the publisher is also responsible for providing capital market information, corporate announcements, and judicial and official publications from the federal and state governments.
